  • Is responsible for coordinating, managing and updating content on a high-traffic website
  • Creates, updates and maintains web content, monitors content and troubleshoots problems on the website
  • Serves as a liaison between business and technology groups
  • Manages content reviews and audits
  • Produces and maintains accurate reports and logs of changes
  • Schedules and implements promotions and email campaigns, tracks results, follows up on issues
  • Manages image and logo rights and usage
