  • Manages the production of the different and improved versions of a game, ensuring that coding bugs are fixed through appropriate solutions
  • Creates a code and liaises with the Project Manager to keep to the project time schedule
  • Has roles and specialisms in areas including AI (Artificial Intelligence), game engine development, user interface, tools development and physics

  • Designs and develops software applications such as utility programmes and general
    application software
  • Works with the user to determine needs and creates software to meet these needs
  • Modifies existing software to fix problems, optimise its functions and enable its use on new
    hardware platforms
  • Oversees installation of software systems and monitors equipment
  • Performs testing and validation of software systems to ensure that applications work properly
